Saturday Night Live (with the help of Rosey Media) have cooked up another internet viral milestone, with the mock “United Way” commercial starring Peyton Manning, which aired on Saturday, March 24th, 2007. The presence of the Super Bowl champion brought sports fans aplenty, and attracted attention from several of their more prominent publications.

Here’s our favorite thus far:

From Peter Schrager’s (FOXSports.com) play-by-play report card of Manning’s performance:

SNL-“United Way”

Synopsis: A mock United Way/NFL commercial that includes Peyton throwing passes and knocking down numerous children, teaching the kids how to break into a car, and tattooing his face into a young boy’s leg.

Highlight: “Get your head out of you’re ass, you suck” to a 10-year old boy who drops a pass.

Thoughts: Perfection. Everything you’d ever want in a first sketch. Arguably the best sketch all season.

Grade: A+
